Job Description:
Reporting to the VP of Client Delivery, the Program Director is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of diverse client projects and helping to drive 83bar’s existing client growth strategy by working cross-functionally to create high levels of client satisfaction, exceed delivery expectations, proactively address client needs and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and identify opportunities to expand on the value that 83bar delivers to our clients, leading to client renewal, growth, and expansion. This is a full-time, exempt position.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the overall quality and delivery of contractual program management services.
- Owning the overall performance of campaigns and the relationship with assigned clients.
- Serving as the client-facing, go-to person for everything related to campaign development and implementation for multiple digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating internal resources and following 83bar’s leading processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and on budget and produce the desired results based on contractual agreements with clients.
- Proactively communicating campaign delivery updates and delivering campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively analyzing campaign performance metrics to ensure the accuracy of the data and to measure campaign performance.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive campaign performance reports with valuable insights and recommended optimizations to clients.
- Proactively escalating client satisfaction and/or campaign performance concerns to management to mitigate the risk of client ineffectiveness.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of 83bar’s product/service offerings and our client’s needs in order to develop strong, long-term client relationships and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop strategic campaign growth plans to assist with the solutioning and sale of campaign enhancements, added services and/or contract extensions and negotiating change orders as needed.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Contracting teams to ensure financial obligations are met by your assigned clients.
- Maintaining knowledge of patient recruitment trends and developments in the market; identifying client needs for new products and services and proactively providing recommendations to leadership.
- Organizing and delivering all creative assets to assigned clients for client, regulatory and ethical reviews.
- Serving as the team leader on assigned campaigns and providing guidance and direction to the assigned campaign delivery team.

Education/Experience:
- Degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical science, or medicine related field with/ or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience working in pharmaceutical, device, and/or health care preferred, marketing experience required.
- Ten years of experience in a client facing, client success or marketing campaign management role required.
- Experience with Project Management theory and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of US clinical trial processes and regulations and outside of US clinical trial regulations and processes preferred.
- Consulting, digital marketing, and CRO experience required.
- Strong reporting & analytics experience. SiSense proficiency is desired.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
